The local governing body of Claydon High School is the admissions authority for the school now that it has academy status.

Year 7 Admissions
The school participates in the Local Authority Co-ordinated Scheme.
All applications for September 2020 should be made to Suffolk County Council, as outlined in the “Admissions to Schools in Suffolk” booklet 2020-21 (when it is available). The school’s published admission number is 149.
All parents will be notified by Suffolk County Council on the outcome of their application on 1st March 2019.
Once your child has been offered a place at Claydon High School in Year 7 for September 2019, we will be in contact to begin the transition process ready for them to join us next academic year.
