Remote Learning
Please note that all students are expected to attend full time from the week beginning 8th March 2021.
During the periods students are absent due to self isolation, work from every lesson is uploaded onto Google Classroom; this might be more problematic for practical subjects such as PE. This is where you will access remote learning including any streamed or recorded segments of lessons. The summary of our Remote Education Provision provides clarity and transparency to students and parents/carers about what to expect from remote education for self isolating individuals and if local restrictions require entire groups of students or whole or bubbles to remain at home.

All students in KS3 have a reading book and can undertake their Accelerated Reading quiz online as well as using Spellzone for regular spelling practice.

- SAM Learning – many topics related to subjects across all years (some subjects will set work on this platform)
- Seneca – has KS3 literacy and numeracy skills to develop and topics related to all subjects from years 7-11 (some subjects will set work on this platform). Seneca now has a parent monitoring platform which lets you see how long your child has spent on their different subjects, their average score and the number of questions answered.
