Magistrate's Mock Bar Trial

A group of Year 8 and 9 students took part in the Magistrate’s Court Mock Bar Trial on Saturday 9th March at Ipswich Magistrate's Court. The event was organised by Young Citizens, an independent charity which helps young people to engage with their community through education. The competition involved a team of students taking on the roles of magistrates, lawyers, witnesses and court staff to prepare a specially written case.
